Imprimis Training Ltd is dedicated to the provision of excellence in assisting schools and other educational organisations to achieve outstanding leadership and management skills. All systems, strategies and policies within the organisation should be supported by strategic planning and leadership in order to create an organisation which is recognized within the broader community for its vision and excellence and the positive impact of its provision on pupils' levels of performance. We believe that the creation of a success culture within the establishment is inseparable from staff motivation levels and inclusion levels. Monitoring the "success of the school" should be an integral part of the process, conducted through appraisal and performance management systems. We believe that people are the heart of any organisation and recognize that appropriate CPD programmes should not only inspire but should motivate staff to develop personally and professionally. In order to achieve high levels of performance and efficiency in individuals and teams we recognize the need for recruitment to be linked to specific job descriptors.

Our clients may access our training by one of three methods:

• Bespoke training designed to meet key outcomes in relation to pre determined success criteria
• Open conferences to which individuals may sign up
• Partnership with an Imprimis Consultant to facilitate and monitor a range of on-going strategies emanating from Development and Action Planning
