Staff Inclusion
In order to create an inclusive practice, the philosophy underpinning the ethos must be effectively supported by appropriate strategies to clarify, direction, purpose process and outcomes.
Those involved in the process require a firm commitment to and belief in what they ae doing; why they are doing it and how they are doing it.
People do not 'belong', believe or behave in a committed, specific manner because they are told to or because others want them to; they do so because they want to or they need to.
